将微课应用到高职“酒店英语”项目化教学中，可以促进现代信息技术与“酒店英语”教学的深度融合，以微课资源平台的建设推进“酒店英语”教学改革的深度实施，提升“酒店英语”的教学质量，促进英语教师的专业教学成长，引导学生自主学习和合作学习，培养出具有良好英语交流和应用能力的高素质、技能型酒店人才。

This paper mainly discusses how to apply micro-lecture to higher vocational hotel English project teaching and to promote the deep integration of modern information technology and the hotel English teaching. We establish micro-lecture resources platform to promote the implementation of teaching reform, to improve teachers＇ teaching quality and professional teaching, to guide students to be independent learning and cooperative learning, to cultivate students＇ good English communication and application ability with skilled talents and high quality.
