20世纪以来，我国基础教育课程进行了多次改革，但真正意义上的课程改革实验只有两次，一次是1922年新学制颁布前后，一次是21世纪伊始。目前，基础教育课程教学进入了“新常态”发展时期。未来课程教学改革，应当确立“三个重要”新理念，实现“三个转向”，确立“教学中心取向”。为此，必须采取加强本土课程教学理论建设，为课程改革实践提供科学适宜的理论指导；加强课程教学实验，探索中国课程与教学实践规律等策略。

Curriculum reform is a continuous and progressive process. From the 20th century, basic education curriculum reforms have been carried out many times in China. But there are only two significant curriculum reform experiments including new school system around 1922 and curriculum reform at the early 21st century. Every reform has its special practice, accomplished achievement, successful experience and problems. At present, basic education teaching has come into ＂post-curriculum reform era＂, that is, ＂new normal＂ development era. The future curriculum reform should build ＂three important new concepts＂, realize ＂three turnings＂ and establish ＂ teaching-and-learning-centered orientation＂. Therefore, indigenous curriculum pedagogy theory construction should be strengthened to provide appropriate theory guide for curriculum reform practice. Curriculum experiment should be increased to explore Chinese curriculum and teaching practice law. Teacher training should be enhanced to prompt teacher professional development. Related regulations should be innovated to create prosperous social system environment. Widely propaganda, all-round launch and top-down combination strategies should be taken.
