20世纪以来,我国基础教育课程进行了多次改革,但真正意义上的课程改革实验只有两次,一次是1922年新学制颁布前后,一次是21世纪伊始。目前,基础教育课程教学进入了“新常态”发展时期。未来课程教学改革,应当确立“三个重要”新理念,实现“三个转向”,确立“教学中心取向”。为此,必须采取加强本土课程教学理论建设,为课程改革实践提供科学适宜的理论指导;加强课程教学实验,探索中国课程与教学实践规律等策略。
20世紀以來,我國基礎教育課程進行瞭多次改革,但真正意義上的課程改革實驗隻有兩次,一次是1922年新學製頒佈前後,一次是21世紀伊始。目前,基礎教育課程教學進入瞭“新常態”髮展時期。未來課程教學改革,應噹確立“三箇重要”新理唸,實現“三箇轉嚮”,確立“教學中心取嚮”。為此,必鬚採取加彊本土課程教學理論建設,為課程改革實踐提供科學適宜的理論指導;加彊課程教學實驗,探索中國課程與教學實踐規律等策略。
20세기이래,아국기출교육과정진행료다차개혁,단진정의의상적과정개혁실험지유량차,일차시1922년신학제반포전후,일차시21세기이시。목전,기출교육과정교학진입료“신상태”발전시기。미래과정교학개혁,응당학립“삼개중요”신이념,실현“삼개전향”,학립“교학중심취향”。위차,필수채취가강본토과정교학이론건설,위과정개혁실천제공과학괄의적이론지도;가강과정교학실험,탐색중국과정여교학실천규률등책략。
Curriculum reform is a continuous and progressive process. From the 20th century, basic education curriculum reforms have been carried out many times in China. But there are only two significant curriculum reform experiments including new school system around 1922 and curriculum reform at the early 21st century. Every reform has its special practice, accomplished achievement, successful experience and problems. At present, basic education teaching has come into "post-curriculum reform era", that is, "new normal" development era. The future curriculum reform should build "three important new concepts", realize "three turnings" and establish " teaching-and-learning-centered orientation". Therefore, indigenous curriculum pedagogy theory construction should be strengthened to provide appropriate theory guide for curriculum reform practice. Curriculum experiment should be increased to explore Chinese curriculum and teaching practice law. Teacher training should be enhanced to prompt teacher professional development. Related regulations should be innovated to create prosperous social system environment. Widely propaganda, all-round launch and top-down combination strategies should be taken.
