The top-level design of a school's curriculum reflects the school's leadership and value orientation in curriculum. Curriculum creation should inherit the school culture, focus on curricular practice, and reflect the cultural character and practical pattern of the curriculum. It should embody close structural correlation and distinct levels, and highlight the overall effect, applicability and selectivity of the curriculum. It should rely on strong system support and organizational guarantee, and promote the curriculum quality.
