区域少数民族人口数量快速减少带来诸多社会问题。利用六次全国人口普查数据,从人口数量、人口密度、人口城乡分布三个方面对近60年黑龙江省朝鲜族人口时空变化特征进行分析。研究表明,黑龙江省朝鲜族人口总数呈先增后降的倒“U”形态,人口密度由东南向西北递减,在保持集中分布“两片三点”总体态势下,呈向各级中心城市集中的向心化特性。人口发展中还存在着人口数量下滑过快、人口分布集聚区萎缩、民族文化传承受阻等诸多问题。据此提出调整人口生育政策、发展民族集聚区经济、建立民族文化乡村、发展民族教育等建议。

Based on the six national censuses, the change of the Korean population province in the nearly 60 years was analyzed through such 3 aspects as population size, in Heilongjiang population den- sity, population distribution between urban and rural areas. The findings have shown that the total Korean population in the province increased first and then dropped, forming a curve of an inverted "U" shape; the population density decreased progressively from southeast to northwest, and it took on a central -concentration feature with the population moving toward key cities at all levels while maintaining the overall situation of two - region - and - three - city concentrating distribution; as to the popu- lation development, there still existed problems such as too fast population decrease, shrinking clusters of the population, blocked ethnic culture inheritance, etc. It is accordingly suggested to adjust the population policy, to progress economic development of minority areas, to establish ethnic culture villages, and to strengthen the ethnic education.
