在角色扩张理论与资源守恒理论的基础上,以241名公司员工作为被试对象,探究了工作-家庭增益对主观幸福感的影响及其机制。研究发现工作-家庭增益对主观幸福感有显著的正性影响,而核心自我评价在其中起调节作用,当核心自我评价较高时,工作-家庭增益对主观幸福感没有显著的影响;而核心自我评价较低时,工作-家庭增益对主观幸福感的正性影响显著。

On the basis of role expansion theory and conservation of resources theory, the present study investigated 241 company staff members to study if and how the individuals' work - family enrichment affect their subjective well - being. It was found that work - to - family enrichment was positively related to subjective well - being, and that the core self - evaluation moderated the relationship between them. When core self- evaluation was high, the individuals reported high subjective well -being regardless of work - to - family enrichment, while work - to - family enrichment was positively related to subject well -being only for those with low core selfevaluation.
