海洋运输贸易在国际贸易中具有举足轻重的重要作用。文章从世界大区层面探究基于能力结构关系模型的国际海运贸易合作。首先利用全球18个大区的海洋运输进出口能力指数，借鉴能力结构思路．建立反映世界大区之间的海运贸易合作指数与海洋运输进出口合作利益分配关系图．其次从时空维度分析国际间海洋运输进出口能力结构耦合度及其海运贸易合作获益分配格局的变化趋势。通过对全球18个大区海洋运输进出口指数的研究发现：（1）研究期内（1970～2011年）全球海洋运输进出口能力表现出较为明显的层级结构；（2）全球海洋运输进出口能力结构耦合度网络的规模、密度与范围均得到了较快的提升，海洋运输进出口能力布局不断优化；（3）全球海洋运输进出口能力结构耦合度网络存在明显的核心-边缘空间分异格局，逐步形成了北美、欧洲、亚洲发展中国家组群的主要大三角格局以及南美洲北部与东部海岸、过渡经济体、非洲发展中经济体的次三角格局。

Seaborne trade plays a key role in international trade. This study explores international seaborne trade cooperation at the world＇s pan-region level based on Competence Structure Relation Model. Firstly, it builds a relationship diagram reflecting the seaborne trade cooperation index and import and export cooperation benefit distribution of marine transportation by using the seaborne trade competence index of import and export in 18 pan-regions around the world and the idea of competence structure for references. Secondly, it analyzes the import and export competence structure coupling degree of international seaborne trade and the trend of distribution pattern of seaborne trade cooperation benefit from spatial-temporal dimension. The results show that：（1） From 1970 to 2011, an obvious hierarchical structure has been displayed in the import and export competence of global seaborne transportation; （2）The scale, density and range of coupling network of global seaborne import and export competence structure have been remarkably improved, and the pattern of seaborne import and export has been continuously optimized; （3）There exists a core-periphery spatial pattern in the coupling network of global seaborne import and export competence structure, gradually forming a, major triangle of North America, Europe and Asia as well as a minor triangle of north and east coast of South America, transition economies and developing economies in Africa.
