民族地区基础教育均衡发展的问题,除了具有一般地区的共性外,还有其特殊性,如民族传统教育与现代学校教育的均衡发展问题,多民族共校中不同民族学生的均衡发展问题,以及民族地区基础教育师资的特色性均衡问题等,都是民族地区基础教育均衡发展中存在的特殊性问题。研究者只有深入民族地区,进行实地研究,并对其进行深入分析,才能找出该地区所特有的问题,提出针对性地解决策略,从而为民族地区基础教育均衡发展的顺利推进提供保障。

The problems of balanced development of basic education in ethnic minority areas have their particularities despite of the commonality shared with other areas. There are lots of particular problems, such as the problems regarding balanced development between traditional ethnic education and modern school education, the problems regarding balanced development of different minority students in multi-ethnic schools, and the problems regarding balanced development of the basic education teachers of special characteristics in ethnic minority areas etc. Only when researchers conduct in-depth field work in ethnic minority areas can they find out the specific problems in this areas, and put forward relevant strategies, thus providing guarantees for the smooth advancement of balanced development of basic education in ethnic minority areas.
