目的分析π型钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效.方法收集我院2007年3月至2008年7月共采用背侧入路π型钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折18例,术后肘上石膏固定,尽早行指间关节和掌指关节功能锻炼,24～48 h拔出引流条,4～6周后去除石膏行腕关节功能锻炼,影像学证实骨折愈合前禁止负重.术后随访9个月,并评定其疗效.结果骨折均在3～5个月内愈合,术后掌倾角8°～ 17°,平均13.2°,尺倾角16°～26°,平均22.7°.采用Gartland和Werley腕关节评分对18例随访患者的腕关节功能进行评估,优11例,良6例,可0例,优良率94.4％.结论 π型钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折是合理、有效的内固定物.

Objective To analyze the curative effect of the distal fracture of radius with π-shaped plate internal fixation.Methods From March 2007 to July 2008,eighteen patients with distal fracture of radius were cured by π-shaped plate internal fixation.All the patients obtained postoperative clinical results over 9 months.Results According to rating scale of Gartland-Werley,the excellent results were observed in 11 cases,good in 6 cases.,fair in 1 cases.The rate of the excellent and good was 94.4％ in all cases.Conclusions The π-shaped plate is reasonable and effective internal fixation in the operation of the distal fracture of radius.
