von Willebrand因子(von Willebrand factor,vWF)和因子Ⅷ(factorⅧ,FⅧ)在血液中以复合物形式存在,活化后可介导血小板的黏附和聚集,在血栓形成过程中发挥重要作用.二者在血液中的水平受多种因素影响.vWF和FⅧ与急性缺血性卒中的发病风险、病因分型、疾病严重程度及转归密切相关.相应拮抗药的研究已经取得突破性进展,这些药物有可能成为更有优势的抗栓药.
