目的:探讨血必净治疗重症脓毒症与脓毒症休克的疗效.方法:收治重症脓毒症与脓毒症休克患者 75 例,随机分为对照组(n=37例)和观察组(n=38例).两组均给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予血必净治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果:观察组的死亡率18.4%明显低于对照组的40.5%(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的APACHEⅡ评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:血必净在重症脓毒症与脓毒症休克中的疗效显著,能有效降低死亡率和提高预后.

목적:탐토혈필정치료중증농독증여농독증휴극적료효.방법:수치중증농독증여농독증휴극환자 75 례,수궤분위대조조(n=37례)화관찰조(n=38례).량조균급여상규치료,관찰조재차기출상급여혈필정치료,비교량조적치료효과.결과:관찰조적사망솔18.4%명현저우대조조적40.5%(P<0.05).치료후,관찰조적APACHEⅡ평분현저저우대조조(P<0.05).결론:혈필정재중증농독증여농독증휴극중적료효현저,능유효강저사망솔화제고예후.
Objective:To explore the effect of Xue Bi Jing in the treatment of severe sepsis and septic shock.Methods:75 patients with severe sepsis and septic shock were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=37 cases) and the observation group(n=38 cases).The two groups were given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given Xue Bi Jing treatment on the basis of routine treatment,then we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the mortality rate of 18.4% was significantly lower than 40.5% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,APACHE score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Xue Bi Jing in the treatment of severe sepsis and septic shock was significant.It can effectively reduce the mortality and improve the prognosis.
