"特岗教师"政策是中央对西部地区义务教育补充师资的特殊政策.贵州实施特岗计划以来,9年共招聘7万余名特岗教师.特岗教师政策大大增强了贵州农村教师队伍的力量,大幅度优化了师资的学科结构和学历结构,激发了农村义务教育的活力.但特岗教师政策的实施也存在"政策目标选择未优化,专业发展性培训不专业"等问题.特岗教师政策需要优化政策内涵、整合不同政策资源、升级政策,从而形成农村义务教育阶段学校补充教师的常态机制,彻底解决农村学校师资问题.

Teachers for Special Post is a special policy which aims to add teachers for the compulsory ed-ucation in the western region. Guizhou has carried it out for nine years and recruited 70000 teachers. Teachers for Special Post has enhanced Guizhou basic education greatly, optimized teachers'structure greatly, stimulat-ed the vitality of rural compulsory education. However, the implementation of Teachers for Special also met problems such as objectives choosing, professional training and so on. Teachers for Special Post needs optimi-zation, resources integration and upgrading policies on order to form the normal mechanism of the rural com-pulsory education teachers.
