本文从研究的现实意义出发,在文献梳理的基础上,重新界定了新建本科院校转型时期新入职教师专业发展的内涵.通过问卷调查和访谈等方式,以河北省一所二本工科院校为例,了解新入职教师的专业发展现况,指出了存在的问题,并提出了解决方案.

This paper starts from research significance and based on existing literature, this paper redefines the connotation of new teachers' professional development of newly-built colleges under transformation period. It collects data through ques-tionnaire and interview from a technical institute in Hebei province to acquire the status quo of new teachers professional de-velopment so as to points out problems, then comes up with solutions.
