College education is an important part of college students' lifelong human resource development, however the studies on students' self-regulated learning has been on the brink of HRD research. From the perspective of HRD, this article is going to interpret and structure the self-regulated learning in discussion, which would, to some extent, produce both theor-etical and practical significance towards the improvement on the present situation of students' self-regulated learning and the enhancement of teaching quality.
