目的:探讨婴儿急性泪囊炎并发眶蜂窝织炎的发病诱因及有效的治疗方法.方法:收治婴儿急性泪囊炎并发眶蜂窝织炎患儿 39 例,给予静脉滴注抗生素药物加局部泪道冲洗、探通,观察其治疗效果.结果:患者全部治愈,未发生严重并发症.结论:安全有效的全身用药加局部治疗,使患儿炎症在短期内得到控制,避免了严重并发症和手术治疗的发生.
目的:探討嬰兒急性淚囊炎併髮眶蜂窩織炎的髮病誘因及有效的治療方法.方法:收治嬰兒急性淚囊炎併髮眶蜂窩織炎患兒 39 例,給予靜脈滴註抗生素藥物加跼部淚道遲洗、探通,觀察其治療效果.結果:患者全部治愈,未髮生嚴重併髮癥.結論:安全有效的全身用藥加跼部治療,使患兒炎癥在短期內得到控製,避免瞭嚴重併髮癥和手術治療的髮生.
목적:탐토영인급성루낭염병발광봉와직염적발병유인급유효적치료방법.방법:수치영인급성루낭염병발광봉와직염환인 39 례,급여정맥적주항생소약물가국부루도충세、탐통,관찰기치료효과.결과:환자전부치유,미발생엄중병발증.결론:안전유효적전신용약가국부치료,사환인염증재단기내득도공제,피면료엄중병발증화수술치료적발생.
Objective:To explore the predisposing factors and effective treatment method of infant acute dacryocystitis combined with orbital cellulitis.Methods:39 children patients with infant acute dacryocystitis combined with orbital cellulitis were selected. They were given intravenous antibiotics and local lacrimal passage irrigation,probing.The treatment effect was observed.Results:The patients were all cured,no serious complication occurred..Conclusion:Safe and effective systemic medication and local treatment can make the inflammation of children to get control in the short term,avoid the occurrence of severe complications and surgical treatment.
