目的:探讨简易气囊扩张术治疗小儿包茎的体会.方法:收治小儿包茎患者110例,给予简易气囊扩张术治疗,观察治疗效果.结果:术后1周,患儿均能上翻包皮露出阴茎头,由包茎引起的排尿不畅、尿频消失.结论:简易气囊导管扩张术治疗小儿包茎是一种简单有效可行的方法,比较适合在基层单位开展.

Objective:To explore the experience of simple balloon dilatation in the treatment of phimosis in children.Methods:100 patients with phimosis in children were selected.They were given simple balloon dilatation treatment.The treatment effect was observed.Results:1 week after operation,the patients were able to upper turn over the foreskin and expose the glans.The difficult micturition,frequent urination that caused by phimosis were disappeared.Conclusion:Simple balloon dilatation in the treatment of phimosis in children is a simple,effective and feasible method.It is suitable for the grass-roots unit to carry out.
