在分析各种空间数据质量规范、细则和标准的基础上,根据数据模型特点,从理论到实践较为全面系统地探讨了质量评价模型与方法.从数据的误差源头分析入手,提出合理的空间数据质量元素,建立了适应GIS空间数据的、统一的空间数据质量模型,即基于数据组成的数据质量评价模型和基于规则库的数据质量评估方法,并以此为基础,建立数字线划图(DLG)、数字正射影像(DOM)、数字高程模型(DEM)及三维数据的基于数据组成的质量评价模型及权值.

This thesis studied and discussed the spatial data quality testing, technology, means and method to appraise and control, and conducted the research and discussed of the more comprehensive system from theory to practice on the basis of analyzing spatial data quality level, the quality model characteristic of the data, various kinds of norms, detailed rules and regulations. With the focus on the resources of uncertainty of spatial data, this paper proposes spatial data quality indicators and builds spatial data quality model for a GIS system. At the same time, the models are utilized as the criterion for GIS data control and quality evaluation. It also builds up the quality evaluation models as well as specifying their weights of DLG, DOM, DEM and three-dimensional data.
