目的:探讨生活社会技能训练和指导对精神分裂症患者生活能力、社会功能的影响. 方法:将接受住院治疗的精神分裂症患者112例按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各56例,观察组接受生活社会技能训练和指导,对照组接受常规护理;比较两组精神病症状、生活能力及社会功能的差异. 结果:护理后观察组焦虑抑郁、活力缺乏、思维障碍、敌视猜疑等精神病症状评分值均低于对照组(P<0. 05),日常生活能力评分低于对照组、生活能力高于对照组(P<0. 05),社会性退缩、家庭外的社会活动、个人生活自理、责任心和计划性等社会功能评分均低于对照组(P<0. 05). 结论:生活社会技能训练和指导可减轻精神分裂症患者的精神病症状,提升日常生活能力及社会功能.

Objective:To explore the effect of training and guidance of living and social skills on the viability and social functions of pa-tients with schizophrenia. Methods:112 hospitalized patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (56 cases in each group). The patients in the observation group received training and guidance on living and social skills and the patients in the control group received routine nursing care,the psychiatric symptoms,viability and social function of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of anxiety,depression,vitality,mental disorder and hostility were lower in the obser-vation group than those in the control group after nursing care (P<0. 05);the scores of ADL were lower and the scores of viability were higher in the observation group than those in the control group (P<0. 05);the scores of social functions like social withdrawal,social activ-ities,personal life,responsibility and planning were lower in the observation group than the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The training and guidance of living and social skills can reduce the symptoms of patients with schizophrenia and improve their ability of ADL and social functions.
