目的:探讨地屈孕酮与黄体酮治疗先兆流产的临床疗效.方法:收治先兆流产患者120例,随机分成观察组和对照组各60例,对照组给予黄体酮治疗,观察组给予地屈孕酮治疗,对比两组患者的疗效.结果:治疗后,两组患者孕酮明显升高,但是两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者HCG绒毛膜促性腺激素翻倍,但是两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:地屈孕酮与黄体酮治疗先兆流产均有十分明显的效果.

목적:탐토지굴잉동여황체동치료선조유산적림상료효.방법:수치선조유산환자120례,수궤분성관찰조화대조조각60례,대조조급여황체동치료,관찰조급여지굴잉동치료,대비량조환자적료효.결과:치료후,량조환자잉동명현승고,단시량조비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);량조환자HCG융모막촉성선격소번배,단시량조비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05).결론:지굴잉동여황체동치료선조유산균유십분명현적효과.
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of dydrogesterone and progesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods:120 patients with threatened abortion were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each.The control group was given progesterone treatment.The observation group was given dydrogesterone treatment.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the progesterones of patients in two groups were significantly higher,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The human choriohic gonadotropin of patients in two groups were doubled increased,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion:Dydrogesterone and progesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion all have quite obvious effects.
