From the viewpoint of Hermeneutik, Wangbing had done a paradigm work on Huangdi Ningjing Suwen by reediting and annotating, and left us a key enlightenment on the modern development of Traditional Chinese Medicine ( TCM) in originate form. It tells us that the ancient society had its cultural idea about health times, and the idea is just the historical resource for the construction of future health times in which the Tao-knower is the key factor. Furthermore, the ideas and methods of TCM emphasize on that health principle has its unique character of holism and self-sufficient, and can be used to give birth to the Global Health Highway Project. As long as the Project having its top-design and being carried out in future, both TCM and Chinese culture will have their new development.
