目的:探讨三级综合性医院中加强护理人员医院感染综合干预对医院感染防控效果. 方法:选取自2011年1月~2013年12月在某三级综合医院住院的患者,实施一会一员三组织医院感染预防控制综合干预管理模式,观察逐年预防控制医院感染的效果并进行逐年对比. 结果:三年护理人员理论考试成绩逐年上升(P<0. 05,P<0. 01). 消毒器械监测合格率、灭菌效果监测合格率、手卫生知识知晓率、手卫生合格率均逐年上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05). 三年医院感染率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05). 结论:在三级综合医院护理人员中实施一会一员三组织医院感染预防控制综合干预管理模式,是降低医院感染的有效方法.

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in hospital infection control in the general hospitals at the level of grade III. Methods:The patients who were hospitalized in a certain general hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were selected and the comprehensive nursing intervention model was implemented,the effect of prevention and control of hospital infection was observed within the three years. Results:The test scores of theory of nurses increased year by year within the three years ( P<0. 05,P<0. 01);The qualification rate of disinfection,sterilization,awareness of hand hygiene knowledge and hand hygiene increased year by year within the three years (P<0. 05);the comparison of hospital infection rate was significantly different within the three years (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention model is one of the effective methods in reducing the hospital infection.
