目的 系统评价国内使用精密输液器减轻输液疼痛的有效性及安全性. 方法 计算机联机检索CNKI、VIP、万方数据库(各数据库检索时间为创建至2014年12月)中关于精密输液器减轻输液疼痛的随机对照试验( RCT) ,用RevMan5. 3软件对数据进行Meta分析. 结果 共纳入16篇RCT,包括2800例患者. Meta分析结果显示:精密输液器减轻输液疼痛的效果优于对照组[RR=0. 34,95%CI(0. 31,0. 38),P<0. 000001]. 结论 基于现有临床证据,精密输液器减轻输液疼痛的有效性高. 但由于纳入研究数量较少,研究质量不统一,本结论尚需要更多大样本、高质量临床RCT予以证实.

Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of precision flow control device for I. V. adminis-tration Set to relieve pain in China. Methods The randomized controlled trials( RCT) of precision flow control device for I. V. ad-ministration to relieve pain were searched out by computer in the CNKI,VIP and WANFANG DATA ( from their inception to De-cember,2014). Meta analysis of the data was carried out by RevMan 5. 3 software. Results 16 RCTs were chosen, which includ-ed 2800 patients. The Meta analyses showed that precision flow control device for I. V. administration to relieve pain were superior to those of the control group [RR=0. 34,95%CI(0. 31,0. 38),P<0. 000001]. Conclusion Based on current clinical evidence, precision flow control device for I. V. administration, effective for relieving pain, and high safety. However,due to the small a-mount of included studies,this conclusion needs to be identified by more and larger samples and high-quality RCTs.
