目的:探讨综合护理干预对艾滋病患者HAART治疗依从性及生活质量的影响. 方法:将122例艾滋病患者随机分为研究组和对照组各61例,对照组行一般的健康教育,研究组在此基础上采用综合护理干预措施. 比较两组治疗依从性和生活质量. 结果:干预4周后,研究组治疗依从性及生活质量均高于对照组(P<0. 05). 结论:综合护理干预能增强对艾滋病患者HAART治疗的依从性和提高患者生活质量,对提高HAART治疗效果具有重要的意义.

Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the compliance and quality of life of patients with HIV/ AIDS treated by highly active antiretroviral therapy ( HAART) . Methods:122 HIV/ AIDS patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group (61 cases in each group). The patients in the control group received conventional health education and the patients in the study group were given extra comprehensive nursing intervention. The treatment compliance and quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results:The treatment compliance and quality of life of the patients was better in the study group than that in the control group after 4 weeks of the intervention (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention can enhance the treatment compliance and improve the quality of life of patients with HIV / AIDS treated by HAART.
