目的:探讨基于事业优势诊断系统(PDP)和临床护理路径(CNP)的个性化教学在临床护理带教中的应用效果. 方法:将60名实习护生随机分为观察组和对照组各30名,对照组采用LBL教学,观察组采用PDP和CNP的个性化教学,比较两组带教效果. 结果:观察组出科考试成绩、患者对护生的评价、带教老师对护生的评价和护生实习结束后自我评价得分均优于对照组(P<0. 05) . 结论:基于PDP和CNP的个性化教学有助于临床实践和理论知识相结合,提高护生的学习针对性,提高学习效率,充分调动护生的学习兴趣,还能培养和提高与带教老师之间的互动性,增强护生的自我价值感.

Objective:To investigate the effect of individualized teaching based on PDP and CNP in the clinical nursing teaching. Meth-ods:60 student nurses were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ( 30 students in each group ) . The LBL teaching method was used in the control group;the individualized teaching based on PDP and CNP was adopted in the observation group. The effect of teaching was compared between the two groups. Results:The final examination results of the student nurses at the end of clini-cal practice,the scores of evaluation of the patients on student nurses,teacher′s evaluation on student nurses and the self-evaluation of the student nurses were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The individualized teaching based on PDP and CNP in the clinical nursing teaching is helpful for the combination of theoretical knowledge with clinical practice,it can improve the learning efficiency and the interaction between teachers and students and can fully mobilize the learning interest of student nurses.
