目的:探讨泼尼松联合来氟米特治疗老年类风湿关节炎的临床疗效.方法:收治老年类风湿关节炎患者79例,进行回顾性分析.结果:显效 49 例,有效 26 例,无效 4 例,治疗总有效率 94.9%.不良反应情况:血糖升高 5例、肝损害3例、血常规异常5例、胃肠道不适8例、感染2例.结论:泼尼松联合来氟米特治疗老年类风湿关节炎,安全性高,疗效确切,不良反应少.

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of prednisone combined with leflunomide in the treatment of elderly rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:79 patients with elderly rheumatoid arthritis were selected.They were given retrospective analysis. Results:49 cases were excellent,26 cases were effective,4 cases were invalid,the treatment total effective rate was 94.9%.Adverse reactions:5 cases were blood glucose increased,3 cases were liver damage,5 cases were blood routine abnormalities,8 cases were gastrointestinal discomfort,2 cases were infection.Conclusion:Prednisone combined with leflunomide in the treatment of elderly rheumatoid arthritis has high safety,curative curative effect,less adverse reactions.
