目的:探讨左布比卡因与布比卡因应用于股骨手术蛛网膜下腔麻醉的麻醉效果和对生命体征的影响.方法:收治行股骨切开复位内固定术患者80例,随机分为左布比卡因组和布比卡因组,比较两组的麻醉效果.结果:两组均能够起到满意的麻醉效果,感觉阻滞起效时间、麻醉平面消退时间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).两组对生命体征的影响以及是否需要使用药物干预的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:左布比卡因和布比卡因用于腰麻均可安全应用于股骨手术,并且都可以获得良好的麻醉效果,但是左布比卡因的心脏和神经毒性明显低于布比卡因,以至于左布比卡因可以更广泛地应用于腰麻.

Objective:To explore the anesthetic effect of levobupivacaine and bupivacaine used in subarachnoid anesthesia for femur operation and its effect on vital signs.Methods:80 patients with open reduction and internal fixation of femur were selected. They were randomly divided into the levobupivacaine group and bupivacaine group.The anesthesia effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The anesthesia effect of the two groups were satisfied.There was no statistically significant differences in the onset time of sensory block and extinction time of the level of anesthesia(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant differences in the effect on vital signs and with or without drug intervention between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Levobupivacaine and bupivacaine can be safely used for spinal anesthesia on femur operation,and the anesthesia effect was satisfied,but the cardiac and neurologic toxicity of levobupivacaine was significantly lower than bupivacaine,so that levobupivacaine can be widely used in spinal anesthesia.
