目的:探讨米索前列醇联合利凡诺尔用于孕中期引产的临床效果以及安全性.方法:收治要求自愿终止妊娠的中期孕妇80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例.观察组用米索前列醇联合利凡诺尔引产,对照组使用利凡诺尔引产,比较两组效果.结果:在观察组,平均出血量明显少于对照组,引产时间也少于对照组,引产成功率高于对照组,宫腔注药至宫缩开始时间短于对照组,宫缩至胎盘排出的时间短于对照组(P<0.05).结论:应用米索前列醇联合利凡诺尔于孕中期引产是一种较为理想的引产方法,临床效果显著,安全性高.

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of misoprostol combined with rivanol for induction of labor of second trimester.Methods:80 pregnant women at second trimester with voluntary termination of pregnancy were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 people in each.The observation group were given misoprostol combined with rivanol for induction of labor,and the control group were given rivanol for induction of labor,then we compared the effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the average amount of bleeding was significantly less than that of the control group;the induction time was less than the control group;the success rate was higher than the control group;uterine cavity injection to the contraction starting time was lower than the control group;the time from uterine contraction to discharging placentas was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of misoprostol combined with rivanol for induction of labor of second trimester was an ideal method for induction of labour.Clinical effect was remarkable.The security was high.
