目的:观察干扰素治疗小儿EV71手足口病脑炎的临床效果,探讨临床有效治疗方案.方法:收治EV71手足口病脑炎患儿60例,随机分为治疗组31例和对照组29例.对照组给予对症支持治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予干扰素治疗.比较两组患儿的临床效果.结果:治疗组退热时间、手足疱疹消退时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间和平均住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05).治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:干扰素治疗小儿EV71手足口病脑炎具有显著的疗效,应考虑作为常规治疗方法.
目的:觀察榦擾素治療小兒EV71手足口病腦炎的臨床效果,探討臨床有效治療方案.方法:收治EV71手足口病腦炎患兒60例,隨機分為治療組31例和對照組29例.對照組給予對癥支持治療,治療組在對照組的基礎上給予榦擾素治療.比較兩組患兒的臨床效果.結果:治療組退熱時間、手足皰疹消退時間、口腔潰瘍愈閤時間和平均住院時間明顯短于對照組(P<0.05).治療組臨床療效優于對照組(P<0.05).結論:榦擾素治療小兒EV71手足口病腦炎具有顯著的療效,應攷慮作為常規治療方法.
목적:관찰간우소치료소인EV71수족구병뇌염적림상효과,탐토림상유효치료방안.방법:수치EV71수족구병뇌염환인60례,수궤분위치료조31례화대조조29례.대조조급여대증지지치료,치료조재대조조적기출상급여간우소치료.비교량조환인적림상효과.결과:치료조퇴열시간、수족포진소퇴시간、구강궤양유합시간화평균주원시간명현단우대조조(P<0.05).치료조림상료효우우대조조(P<0.05).결론:간우소치료소인EV71수족구병뇌염구유현저적료효,응고필작위상규치료방법.
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of interferon in the treatment of children EV71 hand foot mouth disease encephalitis,to explore the clinical effective treatment plan.Methods:60 children with EV71 hand foot mouth disease encephalitis were selected.They were randomly divide into the treatment group with 31 cases and the control group with 29 cases.The control group were given symptomatic and supportive treatment.The treatment group were given interferon treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the children in two groups were compared.Results:The fever subsidence time,hand foot herpes regression time,oral ulcer healing time and the average hospitalization time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interferon in the treatment of children EV71 hand foot mouth disease encephalitis has a significant curative effect.It should be considered as a conventional treatment.
