饮食在中西方不同文化背景中的差异主要表现在饮食观念、饮食内容、烹饪方式、餐具、用餐礼仪和就餐方式六个方面.对比分析中西方饮食文化,不仅有助于了解彼此饮食文化的博大精深和巨大差异,更有助于有效应对因文化差异而产生的跨文化交际障碍或冲突.
飲食在中西方不同文化揹景中的差異主要錶現在飲食觀唸、飲食內容、烹飪方式、餐具、用餐禮儀和就餐方式六箇方麵.對比分析中西方飲食文化,不僅有助于瞭解彼此飲食文化的博大精深和巨大差異,更有助于有效應對因文化差異而產生的跨文化交際障礙或遲突.
음식재중서방불동문화배경중적차이주요표현재음식관념、음식내용、팽임방식、찬구、용찬례의화취찬방식륙개방면.대비분석중서방음식문화,불부유조우료해피차음식문화적박대정심화거대차이,경유조우유효응대인문화차이이산생적과문화교제장애혹충돌.
The different reflections of food in Chinese and Western cultures are illustrated in the following aspects:the concept of diet, the content of diet, the ways of cooking, the tableware of diet, the table manners and ways of dining. And it is worthy to analyze the cultural differences of food between the two as can not only enhance the understanding of the extensive and profound food culture but also help to deal with the intercultural blocks or intercultural conflicts.
