目的:对联合应用门冬胰岛素30与二甲双胍缓释片对糖尿病患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究.方法:选择在我院就诊的糖尿病患者88例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组44例.采用门冬胰岛素30对对照组患者实施治疗;采用门冬胰岛素30联合二甲双胍缓释片对治疗组患者实施治疗.结果:治疗组患者血糖水平恢复正常时间和糖尿病药物治疗计划实施总时间明显短于对照组;糖尿病的药物治疗效果明显优于对照组;药物治疗糖尿病期间出现不良反应的人数明显少于对照组;用药前后餐后2小时和空腹血糖水平的改善幅度明显大于对照组.结论:应用门冬胰岛素30联合二甲双胍缓释片对糖尿病患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显.

Objective:To study the clinical effect of insulin aspart 30 combined with metformin sustained release tablets for diabetics. Methods: 88 cases of diabetics treated in our hospital were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group with 44 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with insulin aspart 30, and the treatment group patients were treated with insulin aspart 30 combined with metformin sustained release tablets. Results:The blood glucose level recovery time and total treatment time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than that of the control group; diabetes therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group;adverse reactions incidence of the of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group; improvement of 2h postprandial blood glucose level and fasting blood glucose level were significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion:Clinical effect of the application of insulin aspart 30 combined with metformin sustained release tablets on diabetics is obvious.
