我国社会主义初级阶段,多种所有制经济共同发展.其中的私营经济对国民经济的整体发展起着举足轻重的作用,私营企业是私营经济的重要载体,也是农民工就业的主要依托.其劳资关系能否得以理顺,劳资矛盾能否得以妥善处理,需要以旁观者的视角客观公正地解构劳资矛盾与冲突的发展态势及其成因,并在此基础上,建构劳资矛盾与冲突的化解途径.

Multi-ownership economies developed jointly in primary stage of socialism at our country. Among them, the private economy played significant role for overall development of national economy, and the private enterprise was an important carrier of private economy and the main prop of migrant workers' employment. The labor relations and labor contradiction need to be straightened and dealt correctly, respectively. All of needs to objectively and justly deconstruct the development situation and reason of labor contradiction must dispute with the spectator perspective. The ways were structured to resolve labor contradiction and dispute on this basis.
