针对目前普遍存在机车司机培养时间短、 经验不足, 对机车操纵的熟练程度及对现象判断的准确性不高的问题, 采用气动技术、 依据流体力学理论, 设计开发了机车制动机现场培训考试系统. 经过在乘务员培训中的应用, 取得明显的效果, 提高了乘务员的制动机操作水平和对列车管判断的准确性.

The on-site training exam system of automotive braking machine was devised and developed with the pneumatic technology on the basis of liquid mechanics theory aimed at the problems such as short time of cultivation for the locomotive drivers, insufficient experience, and unskilled degree of controlling the locomotive, low accuracy to the estimation of the phenomenon. It was applied in the training of steward and achieved distinct effect, enhanced the level for steward to operate braking machine and judge the train braking pipe accurately.
