University-enterprise cooperation is the path to develop the practice ability of applied talents in the university;it is also the requirement of high-quality talents for the enterprise. With the urgent demand of higher education reform and up-grading of enterprises, the training mode of applied talents of university-enterprise cooperation presents all-dimensional, di-versified and systematic characteristics, and the depth and breadth of cooperation have been developing. In this paper, four kinds of typical training mode of applied talents were chosen to introduce the specific practices of each mode, and the insti-tutional guarantee was pointed out with respect to the importance of university-enterprise cooperation.
