目的:探讨无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭的护理措施及要点.方法:回顾性分析我院2014年3月至2015年3月期间,采取无创呼吸机治疗的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭患者的临床资料,对治疗前后的临床症状进行对比分析.结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后患者的心率、呼吸频率、PaO2、PaCO2均明显好转,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭效果良好,值得在临床推广应用.

목적:탐토무창호흡궤치료만성조새성폐질병합병중증호흡쇠갈적호리조시급요점.방법:회고성분석아원2014년3월지2015년3월기간,채취무창호흡궤치료적60례만성조새성폐질병합병중증호흡쇠갈환자적림상자료,대치료전후적림상증상진행대비분석.결과:여치료전상비,치료후환자적심솔、호흡빈솔、PaO2、PaCO2균명현호전,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론:무창호흡궤치료만성조새성폐질병합병중증호흡쇠갈효과량호,치득재림상추엄응용.
Objective: To explore the nursing methods and key points of using non invasive ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with severe respiratory failure. Methods: A retrospective analysis on the clinical data of 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with severe respiratory failure admitted in our hospital during March 2014 to March 2015 was conducted. A comparative analysis of the clinical symptoms before and after treatment was conducted. Results: Compared with the values before treatment, the patients' heart rate, respiratory rate, PaO2, PaCO2 after treatment were significantly improved and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Conclusion: Non invasive ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with severe respiratory failure has shown good effect and it is worthy of clinical application.
