目的:探讨手术室护理干预对剖宫产术切口感染率的影响.方法:收集实施手术室常规护理的1500例剖宫产手术患者的临床资料做对照组,实施手术室护理干预后的1500例剖宫产手术患者的临床资料做研究组,两组相比较.结果:实施手术室护理干预措施后,切口感染率由0.73%下降至0.07%,显著优于实施手术室常规护理的对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:有效的手术室护理干预能明显降低剖宫产术切口感染率.

Objective: To explore the effect of the nursing intervention inside operating room to the incision infection rate of cesarean section. Methods: Clinical data of 1500 cases of cesarean section patients (the control group) under routine care were collected. Clinical data of another 1500 cases of cesarean section patients undergone nursing intervention inside the operating room (the experimental group) were collected. Related data were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with that of the control group, incision infection rate of the experimental group was significantly lower (0.07% vs. 0.73%). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions: Effective operating room nursing intervention can significantly reduce caesarean section wound infection rate.
