目的观察双侧精索静脉曲张左侧临床型伴右侧亚临床型精索静脉曲张患者手术前后精液质量的变化情况 ,指导临床治疗.方法收集河南中医学院第一附属医院泌尿外科2012年3月至2014年3月双侧精索静脉曲张患者32例 ,均经彩超检查诊断左侧为临床型 ,右侧为亚临床型.其中单行左侧精索静脉高位结扎术者16例 ,行双侧精索静脉高位结扎术者16例 ,将每组患者手术前后所测精子密度、精子活率、精子活力的数据进行对比 ,组间的术前及术后数据进行对比.结果每组患者手术前后所测精子密度、精子活率、精子活力的数据差异显著(P<0 .05) ,具有统计学意义.组间的术前及术后的数据无明显差异(P>0. 05 ).结论双侧精索静脉曲张左侧临床型伴右侧亚临床型曲张患者仅行左侧精索静脉高位结扎术同样可取得较好的疗效.

Objective To observe the variations of semen quality in patients with left clinical and right subclinical varico-cele before and after varicocelectomy .Methods Clinical data of 32 patients with left clinical and right subclinical varicocele as diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasonography were collected .The patients were treated during Mar .2012 and Mar .2014 in our department .Of all patients ,16 were treated with varicocelectomy in the left side and the other 16 were treated with bilat-eral varicoceletomy .The sperm density ,motility ,viability before and after operation of each patient and between the 2 groups were compared .Results For each patient ,before and after operation ,the differences in sperm density ,motility ,viability were statistically different (P<0 .05);however ,the differences between the 2 groups before or after operation were not sig-nificant (P> 0 .05) .Conclusion Left clinical and right subclinical varicocele treated with varicoceletomy in the left side a-chieves good clinical effect as with bilateral varicoceletomy .
