Summarizing the nursing experience of closed negative pressure drainage combined with flap surgery in the treatment of 15 cases of stage IV pressure ulcers, including preoperative evaluation, psychological nursing and skin preparation and the preparation, postoperative properly fixed VSD drainage tube, observation of skin color. It is considered that the correct use of negative pressure suction device, to strengthen the nursing after VSD and skin flap repair, could effectively promote wound healing, which is worth of clinical promotion.
