牛病毒性腹泻、牛传染性鼻气管炎和牛恶性卡他热能引起牛出现呼吸道、消化道症状,通过临床症状很难鉴别诊断.2014年8月,大庆市某牛场爆发了以口腔黏膜溃疡为特征的传染病.通过PCR和基因测序方法对上述疑似牛病毒性腹泻、牛传染性鼻气管炎和牛恶性卡他热的病例进行了鉴别诊断,结果确诊牛恶性卡他热是造成该牛群爆发疫病的主要病因,为该病的防治提供了理论依据.

Bovine viral diarrhea (BVD),Infectious bovine rhinotracheitis (IBR) and Malignant catarrhal fever (MCF) can cause bovine respiratory and gastrointestinal symptoms. It is difficult to diagnosis by clinical symptoms. In august 2014,the dairy cattle group brooked out disease with oral mucosa ulcer symptoms in Daqing city. In this paper,the differential diagnosis of MCF with BVD and IBR was done by the nested PCR sequence. The malignant catarrhal fever was the main cause of the cow disease. The result provided the theoretical basis for disease prevention and control.
