目的 探讨远距离外出采血的去白细胞悬浮红细胞的质量变化.方法 将2014年5月~10月间长距离外出采集的去白细胞悬浮红细胞定义为实验组(20份),而来源于血站献血屋的去白细胞悬浮红细胞定义为对照组(20份),分别检测两组去白细胞悬浮红细胞在存储第1、7、14、21、28、35天的RBC、HGB、K+、ATP、2,3-DPG的浓度以及Hct和pH值,采用t检验分析相关数据.结果 存储14天后,实验组的ATP浓度明显比对照组低(P<0.05).存储21天后,实验组的HGB、和2,3-DPG浓度明显比对照组低(P<0.05).储存28天后,实验组的RBC浓度和Hct值明显比对照组低(P<0.05),储存35天时,实验组的PH值明显比对照组低,而K+浓度明显比对照组高(P<0.05).结论 来源于远距离外出采血的去白细胞悬浮红细胞应尽早使用,储存期最好不要超过14天.

Objective To investigate the quality changes of red blood cell suspension with the depletion of leukocyte in distant outhosiptal blood collection.Methods The red blood cell suspension with the depletion of leukocyte which come from the blood collected far away from hospital was designated as the test group (20 cases),and the those from the blood donation house of blood-bank as the controls (20 cases).The concentration of RBC,HGB,K+,ATP,2, 3-DPG,Hct,and pH value of two groups were detectermined.Collected from May 2014 to October 2014,and sampled on the the 1st,the 7th,14th,21th,28th and 35th day.t-test was used to analyze the data.Results Compared with control group,ATP concentration of the test group was significantly lower after storing for 14 days (P<0.05),the concentration of HGB and 2,3-DPG of the test group were significantly lower after storing for 21 days (P<0.05),the concentration of RBC and Hct value of the test group were significantly lower after storing for 28 days (P<0.05),the pH value was apparently lower,but the concentration of K+ was higher of the test group after storing for 35 day (P<0.05).Conclusion The red blood cell with the depletion of leukocyte suspension which come from long distance blood collection should be used as soon as possible, and shelf life should be less than 14 days.
