临床决策支持系统的不断开发和发展为计算机辅助参与医护决策提供了帮助,急诊科的快节奏要求计算机系统能够辅助医护人员快速作出正确决策.本文对临床决策支持系统的定义、架构进行介绍,并根据目前急诊诊疗护理工作的需求分析目前临床决策支持系统所应用的功能,以期为急诊科临床决策支持系统的建设提供参考.

The continuous development of the Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) has provided a good tool for computers to assist medical staff to make their own decisions.The rapid pace in the emergency department demands computer system to help staff to make right decision rapidly.In this article,it introduced the deifnition and structure of CDSS,and analyzed its function according to the need of nursing works in the emergency department,hoping to provide references for the future development of the clinical decision support.
