目的:探讨美沙拉嗪联合双歧三联活菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效.方法:收治溃疡性结肠炎患者 76例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组38例.对照组予以美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒剂,观察组给予美沙拉嗪颗粒联合双歧三联活菌胶囊.观察两组疗效.结果:观察组总有效率92.11%显著高于对照组的73.68%(P<0.05);两组治疗后DAI评分及内镜评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组DAI评分及内镜评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗前后MDA水平差值和SOD活力差值明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:美沙拉嗪联合双歧三联活菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效显著.

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of mesalazine combined with bifid tiple viable in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:76 patients with ulcerative colitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 38 cases in each.The control group were given mesalazine,and the observation group were given mesalazine combined with bifid tiple viable,then we compared the effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate(92.11%) of the observation group was significantly higher than 73.68% of the control group(P<0.05).The DAI scores and endoscopic scores after treatment in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The DAI scores and endoscopic scores after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The MDA level difference value and SOD vitality difference value before and after treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mesalazine combined with bifid tiple viable in the treatment of ulcerative colitis has a significant clinical curative effect.
