目的 探讨CT引导下经皮永久性组织间植入125I粒子治疗中晚期肺癌的近期疗效.方法 回顾性分析2013年1月~2014年6月于我院就诊的60例中晚期肺癌患者的临床资料,依据治疗方法分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例.对照组给予单纯化疗治疗,观察组采用CT引导下经皮永久性组织间植入 125I粒子治疗联合化疗.对比分析两组患者近期疗效与生存质量.结果 治疗两个疗程后,观察组总有效率83.33%,明显高于对照组总有效率56.67%,差异具有统计学意义(x2=7.82,P<0.05).观察组患者生存质量改善率50.00%,明显优于对照组生存质量改善率26.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 CT引导下经皮永久性组织间植入 125I粒子联合药物化疗治疗中晚期肺癌,疗效显著,能提高患者生存质量,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To explore short-term curative effect and nursing of CT-guided percutaneous permanent interstitial implantation of125I Seeds implantation in the treatment of advanced lung cancer.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with lung cancer who were admitted to the hospital from January 2013 to June 2014 were retrospectively analyzed and they were allocated to the control group and the experiment group according to the treatment method,with 30 in each.The control group was treated with single chemotherapy while the observation group was treated with CT-guided percutaneous permanent interstitial implantation of125I Seeds implantation combined with chemotherapy. The short-term curative effect and quality of life of two groups were compared and analyzed.ResultsAfter two courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 83.33%,significantly higher than that of the control group 56.67%.The difference was statistically significant (x2=7.82,P<0.05).Improvement rate of the quality of life of the observation group was 50.00%,significantly superior to that of the control group 26.67%.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous permanent interstitial implantation of125I seeds implantation combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced lung cancer has significant curative effect and it can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
