面对城市化进程加快带来的土地资源紧缺和轨道交通建设的迅速增长,加强土地复合利用已成为了城市发展的必然要求.基于我国TOD导向的土地复合利用存在的问题,在国内外理论与经验借鉴的基础上,提出构建我国TOD导向的土地复合利用差别化模式,以及建立轨道交通线路规划与土地开发经营规划协同机制等建议,为我国各城市TOD导向的顶层设计和城市建设实践提供参考.

In the face of the shortage of land resources and the rapid growth of rail transit construction in the urbanization process,it's necessary to strengthen the compound utilization of land.Based on the analysis of the problem of TOD's compound utilization of land,and the study of theory and experience at home and abroad,this paper builds the mode of TOD's compound utilization of land.Furthermore,this paper establishes the coordination mechanism of rail transit lines planning and land development business plan.
