目的 探讨对重型颅脑损伤患者采用改良大骨瓣减压术治疗的临床疗效.方法 选取佛山市顺德区大良医院神经外科2012年1月~2014年1月收治的重型颅脑损伤患者87例作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析.按照治疗方式划分,对照组42例采用常规大骨瓣减压术治疗,观察组45例采用改良大骨瓣减压术治疗,比较两组临床疗效.结果 观察组治疗总优良率为64.4%,显著高于对照组31.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为15.6%,显著低于对照组33.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对重型颅脑损伤患者采用改良大骨瓣减压术治疗疗效显著,可减少并发症,减轻患者痛苦,有推广价值.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of severe traumatic brain injury with application of modified large bone flap decompression. Methods 87 patients with severe traumatic brain injury who were admitted in Neurosurgery Department of our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were chosen as the research object. Their clinical data was given retrospective analysis. They were divided into the control group and observation group according to the way of treatment. 42 patients in the control group were cured with application of regular large bone flap decompression while 45 patients in the observation group were treated by modified large bone flap decompression. The clinical effect of two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The total excellent rate of the observation group was 64.4%, which was remarkably higher than 31.0% of the control group. The difference between them was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 15.6%, which was lower than 33.3% of the control group. The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of modified large bone flap decompression for the patients with severe traumatic brain injury is remarkable. It can reduce the incidence of complications and the pain of the patients, so it is worth popularizing
