目的:全身麻醉目前已经广泛应用于临床治疗中,然而全麻后苏醒期并发症则是全麻的主要存在问题,这一时期常见并发症有舌后坠、苏醒期躁动、术后寒战、高血压、低血压、苏醒延迟等.本文将分析造成并发症发生的各种相关危险因素,并总结并发症的护理进展,旨在为降低并发症的发生率、提高预后效果提供参考性资料.
目的:全身痳醉目前已經廣汎應用于臨床治療中,然而全痳後囌醒期併髮癥則是全痳的主要存在問題,這一時期常見併髮癥有舌後墜、囌醒期躁動、術後寒戰、高血壓、低血壓、囌醒延遲等.本文將分析造成併髮癥髮生的各種相關危險因素,併總結併髮癥的護理進展,旨在為降低併髮癥的髮生率、提高預後效果提供參攷性資料.
목적:전신마취목전이경엄범응용우림상치료중,연이전마후소성기병발증칙시전마적주요존재문제,저일시기상견병발증유설후추、소성기조동、술후한전、고혈압、저혈압、소성연지등.본문장분석조성병발증발생적각충상관위험인소,병총결병발증적호리진전,지재위강저병발증적발생솔、제고예후효과제공삼고성자료.
At present,general anesthesia has been widely used in clinical treatment,however,complications in recovery period of general anesthesia are the main problems of general anesthesia.During this period,the common complications are glossocoma, restlessness,postoperative shivering,hypertension,hypotension,delayed recovery and so on.In this paper,the author will analyze the related risk factors of complications,and summarize the progress on nursing care of complications,in order to provide reference information to reduce the incidence of complications and improve the prognosis.
