目的:使用锥形束CT( CBCT)成像系统观察不同年龄段上颌第一前磨牙根管形态的变化.方法:收集行CBCT检查的200名患者健康、发育完全的上颌第一前磨牙200个,按年龄分为5组( n=40 ) , A组:14~16岁;B组:24~26岁;C组:34~36岁;D组:44~46岁;E组:54~56岁. 观察并分析不同年龄组上颌第一前磨牙根管形态. 结果:各年龄组上颌第一前磨牙根管类型主要为Ⅰ型19. 5%(39/200)、Ⅱ型30. 5%(61/200)、Ⅳ型30. 5%(61/200),其次为Ⅲ型13. 5%(27/200),Ⅴ型4 . 5%(9/200),Ⅶ型1. 5%(3/200). 各年龄组根管类型分布差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 05). 结论:随着年龄增长,上颌第一前磨牙的髓腔内有继发性牙本质发生,根管形态逐渐复杂.

AIM:To investigate the morphology and the root canal system of maxillary first premolars in dif-ferent age groups by cone-beam computed tomography ( CBCT) . METHODS:200 human maxillary first permanent premolars were included. The subjects were divided into A, B, C, D and E groups (n=40) by the age(years) of 14~16, 24~26, 34~36 ,44~46 and 54~56 respectively. The canals of the maxillary first premolars were examined by CBCT and analysed by Vertucci root canal classification. RESULTS:In group A 19. 5% (39/200) of the canals was type I (1 -1), in group B 30. 5% (61/200) type Ⅱ (2 -1), in group C 13. 5% (27/200) type Ⅲ(1-2-1), in group C 30. 5% (61/200) type Ⅳ (2 -2), in group D 4. 5% (9/200) type Ⅴ (1 -2) and in group E 1. 5% (3/200) typeⅦ(1-2-1-2) . Chi-square test showed that the root canal types were significantly different among different age groups(P<0. 05). CONCLUSION: With the aging process, the morphology and the root canal system of the maxillary first premolars become more complex.
