目的:观察3M P90粘结系统对离体牙牙本质小管的封闭效果. 方法:选取新鲜离体磨牙制备牙本质敏感症模型87个,随机分为3个实验组( n=24 )和1个空白对照组( n=15 ) ,实验各组分别涂擦P90粘结系统、极固宁、Gluma脱敏剂,对照组涂擦蒸馏水,每组随机抽取3个牙本质块纵劈, SEM观察脱敏剂渗入深度.从各实验组分别随机抽取脱敏后的牙本质模块9个,经冷热循环和刷牙磨耗实验后,SEM观察牙本质小管口封闭情况,计算堵孔率. 结果:P90粘结系统、极固宁、Gluma脱敏剂渗入深度(μm)分别为60~100、20~30、60~100.堵孔率(%)100、87. 88、77. 53(P<0. 005). 在冷热循环和刷牙磨耗实验后堵孔率(%)分别为100、55. 56、43. 77 (P<0. 005).结论:P90粘结系统封闭效果及耐久性优于极固宁和Gluma脱敏剂.

AIM:To observe the sealing effect and durability of the 3M P90 adhesive systems on dentin tu-bule. METHODS:87 fresh isolated molars were selected to set up detin sensitive models and radomly divided into 3 experimental groups(n=24) and 1 control group(n=15). The samples in the experimental groups were trated with 3M P90 adhesive system, Green OrTM and Gluma desensitizer respectively by inunction on the surface of the teeth, those in the control group were treated with equal volume of distilled water. The infiltration depth of desensitizer was examined by SEM. The closure of dentin tubules was observed by SEM before and after thermal cycling treatment and tooth brushing experiment. And hole blocking rate of dentin blocks was measured. RESULTS: The penetration depth (μm)of 3M P90, Green OrTM and Gluma desensitizer was 60~100, 20~30 and 60~100 respectively; the blocking rate(%)was 100, 87. 88 and 77. 53 respectively (P<0. 05);after thermal cycling and tooth brushing experiment the blocking rate(%)was 100,55. 56 and 43. 77(P<0. 05)respectively. CONCLUSION:3MP 90 adhesive system is more effective than Green OrTM and Gluma desensitizer in sealing dentinal tubule.
