通过研究LED的有源层(量子阱)和Ag纳米点阵的表面等离激元(SPP)、局域等离激元(LSP)的电磁增强效应产生有效的近场耦合(near-field coupling)作用,分析Ag纳米点阵对LED发光增强的影响. 研究表明,Ag点阵的SPP、LSP对LED量子阱存在发光增强作用,在15%左右的Ag点阵覆盖率下可使量子阱发光有约10%的增强. 而在更高的覆盖率下,反而出现发光减弱.

SPP and LSP of silver nanoparticle arrays have effect on electromagnetic enhancement when it has near-field coupling effectively with the active layer (quantum wells) of LED, and a study is made of silver nanoparticle arrays used as LED enhancement emission. The results show that SPP and LSP of silver nanoparti?cle arrays have effect on the quantum wells of LED, and that light-emitting of quantum wells has increased by 10% when silver nanoparticle arrays have a range of coverage. Light-emitting of quantum wells has weakened with the increase of the coverage rate.
