目的:研究分析胺碘酮应用于冠心病急性心肌梗死伴高危快速型心律失常的临床疗效.方法:收集我院2013年1月至2014年12月收治的80例冠心病急性心肌梗死伴高危快速型心律失常的患者,将80例患者平均分为观察组与对照组,两组患者均为40例,观察组采用胺碘酮对患者进行治疗,对照组采用利多卡因进行治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效进行对照分析.结果:观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对急性心肌梗死伴高危快速型心律失常的患者静脉注射胺碘酮能有效控制患者病情,胺碘酮治疗急性心肌梗死伴高危快速性心律失常具有良好的疗效,值得在临床上进行推广.

Objective: To study the clinical effect of amiodarone used in coronary heart disease (CHD) with high risk and rapid arrhythmia acute myocardial infarction. Methods: 80 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction, coronary heart disease associated with high risk of fast arrhythmia patients were collected in our hospital during January 2013 to December 2013. The 80 patients were divided into an observation group and a control group with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with amiodarone and the control group was treated with lidocaine. Analysis on comparison of the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients was conducted. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion: For the acute myocardial infarction patients with high risk and rapid arrhythmia intravenous, amiodarone is effective to control the patient's condition. Amiodarone in treatment of acute myocardial infarction with high risk and rapid arrhythmia has good curative effect and it is worthy of application in clinical treatment.
