SIRT1是Sirtuin家族的一个成员,一种NAD+- 依赖性蛋白去乙酰化酶. SIRT1通过与p53、Ku70、FOXOs、PGC-1A、p300和H1、H3、H4等不同的非组蛋白和组蛋白相互作用来发挥不同的功能. SIRT1基因调控肝脏、脂肪、肌肉、胰岛和脑等器官中的糖脂代谢. SIRT1是脂类稳态的一个重要调节因子,并且对脂肪酸的氧化也起作用. SIRT1自身的表达和活性在转录水平、转录后水平及翻译后水平都受到调控. 本文综述SIRT1基因的表达调控及对动物脂类代谢的功能.

SIRT1, a member of the Sirtuin family, is a kind of NAD+-dependent histone deacetylase. SIRT1 in?teracts with non-histone proteins and histone such as p53, Ku70, FOXOs, PGC-1A, p300 as well as H1, H3, H4 to exert different functions. SIRT1 gene performs the regulation of glucose and lipid metabolism in the liver, fat, muscle, pancreatic and brain and other organs. SIRT1 is an important regulator of lipid homeostasis factor, and also plays a role in the oxidation of fatty acids. Expression and activity of SIRT1 will be regulated at a tran?scriptional, post-transcriptional and post-translational level respectively, and gene expression regulation and roles for lipid metabolism of sirt1 in animals will be reviewed in this paper.
