针对科研试验装备可修系统故障数据的特点,对故障数据在科研试验装备维修保障中的应用进行研究.介绍应用于可修系统故障数据分析的时齐泊松过程和非时齐泊松过程模型及其在故障数据分析中的适用性检验方法,并通过实例介绍可修系统故障数据分析的步骤.结果表明:该方法能判断科研试验装备可靠性发展趋势,在一定程度上克服主观臆断,为装备维修保障决策提供科学依据.
針對科研試驗裝備可脩繫統故障數據的特點,對故障數據在科研試驗裝備維脩保障中的應用進行研究.介紹應用于可脩繫統故障數據分析的時齊泊鬆過程和非時齊泊鬆過程模型及其在故障數據分析中的適用性檢驗方法,併通過實例介紹可脩繫統故障數據分析的步驟.結果錶明:該方法能判斷科研試驗裝備可靠性髮展趨勢,在一定程度上剋服主觀臆斷,為裝備維脩保障決策提供科學依據.

Aiming at the characteristic of the fault data which belongs to the repairable scientific test equipments, the application of the fault data in maintenance of the scientific being studied. Models of homogeneous Possion process and non-homogeneous Possion process and their usability in fault data analysis of repairable equipments be introduced, the steps of the fault data analysis of the repairable equipments illustrated through an example, it shows that the reliability trend of the scientific test equipment can be judged through the fault data analysis, to a certain extent, the supposition can be avoided and the scientific basis for the decision of equipment maintenance be provided.
